曾经在培训机构工作多年，有丰富的一线教学经验，并且有针对外国人的汉语私教经验，我认为让学生保持对学习的兴趣，在理解的基础上重复记忆，在模仿的基础上大胆应用于实际沟通。Let students keep interest in learning, repeat to remember on the basis of understanding, and boldly apply it to practical communication on the basis of imitation.
Teaching Methodology
南京师范大学英语专业，在识记教学中，我会寓教于乐，寓学于用，运用启发式教学方法，让学生自主思考如何用不同的语言表达同一个意思，突出学以致用，通过复习提问，角色扮演，情景再现等方式检查学生理解掌握的程度。在课程中会使用我自己编写的教材，结合标准汉语课程以及相关的生活类视频进行教学。
