Previous experience
I've been doing online teaching for almost three years now. In my class, I work with enthusiasm and positivity. I love to discuss different and interesting topics. I have met and taught different students with different nationalities. I used to teach toddlers up to adults. I can handle their attitudes as well. Language has never been a hindrance for me as an ESL Teacher.
Teaching Methodology
I always give positive encouragements when I am teaching especially when my student is able to do his/her activity well. I want them to learn more about English language, whether it is written or verbal so I always give them an activity based on the methodologies of the company. Lesson materials with good visuals and easy to understand are mostly given to the students especially for the beginners. Then before the class ends, I always ask them what they have learned in our lesson and Ia sked them to summarize it.
